This policy explains how APEX SPORTS ZONE SDN. BHD 202601029569(1691664-V) ships every order, and what the customer can expect from processing to delivery.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia (all states) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Every order placed from these regions is accepted.
Processing Time
We process every order within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Once the order is dispatched, the customer receives a confirmation email carrying the tracking information.
Delivery Windows
Overnight and next-day delivery are not part of what we offer. The table below sets out our standard delivery windows.
These windows are estimates. Courier operations, public holidays and bad weather can all push a delivery later.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for the customer. A bulk or specialised promotional order is the one exception — its fee may still be worked out at checkout by weight and destination.
Tracking the Order
Once the courier has the parcel, the customer receives an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to follow it in real time.
