Cancellation Window
The customer can cancel within 24 hours of purchase and get a full refund. Once that 24-hour window closes, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Requesting a Cancellation

Our team checks the order’s status and confirms whether it still qualifies for cancellation.
Getting the Refund
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Allow 7–14 business days for it to land.
